50^th Anniversary Commemorative Book To Be Available Soon

Long time SDAFP member, and former Executive Director, Loren H. Amundson, MD, has written a book commemorating the 50^th anniversary of the South Dakota Academy of Family Physicians. You may remember that 10 years ago, Dr. Amundson wrote a 40 year history of the SDAFP, which has been included in the 50^th anniversary edition, with many additions, bringing it up to date. 50 Years On The Prairie, A History of the South Dakota Academy of Family Physicians will be available soon and will be mailed to all active and life members. The South Dakota Foundation of Family Medicine has provided funding for the publication of the book. A big Thank You to the Foundation!
